What's the JNTworld Stores returns policy?
Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 60 days after purchase.
Do I need to bear for the return shipping cost?
All our packing envelope printed with our returning address on it, If buyers keep the envelope with them.
They could still use it to return the item to us free of charge by just doing the following steps.
For items with price lower than USD10.0/unit
1. Cross out your address on it, and use a marker to mark “mail reject, return to sender” on it.
2. Pack the item back to the envelope together with our invoice or the returning form.
3. Seal the envelope with sticker and throw it back to PostOffice directly.
For items with price large than USD11.0/unit.
